Editorial standards
Every recommendation on this site follows the same test: would we use it for our own proposal? A pick earns its place on merit, a specific and explainable reason it beats the alternatives, and that reason is printed next to every recommendation.
Money never buys placement. Vendors cannot pay to be recommended, to be ranked higher, or to have criticism removed.
Facts are checked against primary sources before publication, and pricing is re-checked regularly. When we get something wrong, we correct the page and note the correction.
