When a photographer isn't in the budget, the job falls to gear that runs without your hands. You can't hold the ring, hold her, and hold a phone at the same time, so the camera has to work on its own, from a pocket or a clip, or a tripod a friend sets and steps away from.
Frame wide and start early. A tight shot loses her the second she moves; a wide one catches all of it and crops down later. Hit record before you walk over, while the camera is still out of her sightline, because the ten seconds you spend fumbling for a button are the ten seconds that matter.
